NSW Department of Education and Training: The Arts Unit

Entry Fees

"New Year By Night" (Cecilia Vu, Fairfield High School)The costs associated with a project such as Operation Art are significant. To assist us in covering some of these costs, particularly those that relate to professional framing and exhibition costs, it is necessary to levy an entry fee for each artwork submitted to Operation Art.

In 2009, government schools will need to remit $70.00 (incl. GST) for each art work submitted. Non-government schools are to remit $90.00 (incl. GST) for each work submitted.

Payment of your entry fees must accompany your art work and associated paperwork. Cheques should be made payable to The NSW Department of Education and Training (ABN 40-300-173-822). Receipts will be issued if requested.

While entry fees assist greatly in the running of Operation Art, this program would not be possible without the support of the partner organisations and the sponsors. Take a look at our sponsors page to see who is generously providing some much needed support.
