Teachers Resources

Each year Operation Art produces it very own Teaching Resources CD. This CD uses approximately 200 examples of Operation Art entries to illustrate a wide variety of teaching strategies across Stages 1, 2 and 3. Teaching Programs for more than 100 lessons can also be printed and used in classrooms K-10.

The 2006, 2007 and 2008 versions of this CD are available now. You may purchase a copy of these CD's by contacting Fiona Steel, Operation Art Coordinator, at The Arts Unit on 02 9550 9083. The 2009 version of the Teachers Resource CD will be available to purchase from 6 July from this site, or at the Opening of the 2009/10 Operation Art Exhibition at the Penrith Regional Gallery & The Lewers Bequest. Included on the 2009 CD are integrated units of work for all Key Learning Areas (KLA's) and COG's. An invaluable resource for the classroom teacher!

Further support for teachers and students who wish to enter Operation Art is also available through participation in one of the many Operation Art Workshops that are held in various locations throughout the state.
