Boys Choral Program

The Boys Secondary Choral Program is part of a new initiative of the Department of Education and Training’s Arts Unit to support the development of Choral Music in government schools. The Voices in Performance, or VIP program, provides a number of pathways for secondary students to participate in vocal music programs and to showcase their achievements through high profile performances at Department of Education and Training and other events. This year it includes the new Boys Secondary Choral Program, the establishment of Representative Regional Choirs, performance opportunities for combined regional choirs, and a new State Choir.
