Congratulations on your offer of a place at one of this year’s Boys State Dance Camp No. 2 in Sydney.

 

Acceptance Procedure - Camp No. 2 (18 and 19 May 2009)

To accept your offer of a place in the 2009 Boys State Dance Camp No. 1 you should download the Acceptance Package using the link provided below.  Complete and return all paperwork to us by Friday 24 April 2009. If we have not received your forms by this date your place will be offered to another student.

Non-Acceptance Procedure - Camp No. 2 (18 and 19 May 2009)

If you are now unable to take up your offer of a place, please download the Non-Acceptance Form and fax it to us ASAP so that another student can be offered your place

Only those students who have received a notification offering them a place at the camp should complete the Acceptance Package.
