Congratulations on your offer of a place at this year’s Junior State Dance Camp in Sydney.

 

Acceptance Procedure

To accept your offer of a place in the 2008 Junior State Dance Camp you should download the Acceptance Package using the link provided below.  Complete and return all paperwork to us by Friday 20 June 2008. If we have not received your forms by this date your place will be offered to another student.

Non-Acceptance Procedure

If you are now unable to take up your offer of a place, please download the Non-Acceptance Form and fax it to us ASAP so that another student can be offered your place

Only those students who have received a letter offering them a place at the camp should complete the Acceptance Package.
