Congratulations on your offer of a place at this year’s K-4 Dance Day 2.
Acceptance Procedure
Please download the Acceptance Package, complete it and return to us by Monday, 3 August 2009.
If we have not received your forms by this date your place will be offered to another student.

Non-Acceptance Procedure
If you are now unable to take up your offer of a place, please download the Non-Acceptance Fax and fax it to us ASAP.

Only those students who have received a letter offering them a place at the camp should complete the Acceptance Package.

Cost |
$35.00 incl GST
The cost does not include student travel to and from the camp, accommodation or meals.
Please do not send payment until you have received notification of acceptance.
A 50% cancellation fee will be payable if a participant accepted into the camp withdraws from the K - 4 Dance Day less than one week from its commencement. There will be no refunds given due to student illness or misadventure.

Eligibility |
Participation is open to students
attending government primary and central schools in Years K - 4.
Students who attended the 2009 K - 4 Dance Day No. 1 are not eligible.

Payment |
Successful students will receive a Tax
Invoice Payment Form as part of their acceptance/information package.
This form and full payment must be received by Monday, 3 August 2009.
Please do not send payment until you have received notification of your acceptance.
