About the Ensembles

The NSW Public Schools Drama Ensembles have developed an outstanding reputation for the quality of the work undertaken and the standards achieved in drama. In 2009, The Arts Unit is again co-ordinating an Ensembles program as a way of continuing to support the growth of Drama in government primary, central and secondary schools. This year's ensembles include:

 

• Primary Drama Ensemble (Years 5 & 6)
• Year 7 Drama Ensemble (Year 7)
• Junior Drama Ensemble (Years 8 & 9)
• Senior Drama Ensemble (Years 10 & 11)
• State Drama Company (Years 10, 11 & 12)

 

Students selected for these Ensembles may be involved in many high profile events such as the State Drama Festival, the Schools Spectacular and their own seasons of work.
