In 2010, the NSW Department of Education and Training will present the eighth annual Primary Proms. The three concerts will feature combined Years 3 and 4 primary school choirs of 450 voices, as well as outstanding individual school items. All performances will be held at The Sydney Town Hall. Dates for the 2010 Primary Proms concerts are as follows:

| The Kakadu Concert | Monday, 20 September 2010 |
| The Daintree Concert | Tuesday, 21 September 2010 |
| The Uluru Concert | Wednesday, 22 September 2010 |
All concerts commence at 7:00 pm and will conclude by approximately 8:30 pm. There will be no interval. Each concert is preceded on the day by a rehearsal for all participating students commencing at 12:30 pm. This rehearsal should conclude by 4:00 pm.
