Although much of the learning and rehearsing for the Primary Proms takes place at the school level, participating schools are expected to attend combined rehearsals under the
direction of the Primary Proms conductors. Combined rehearsals allow our conductors the opportunity to gauge the progress choirs are making as well as provide assistance with those pieces of music
that are proving to be a little more challenging.
Detailed information concerning the Combined Metropolitan Rehearsals is contained in the Teachers' Information Book that is issued to participating schools at the Teachers' Workshop. Opportunities may also exist for participating schools to join together for additional rehearsals or share transport etc. Contact information for all participating schools will be added to this site once choir selections have been completed. Please bookmark this page and call back later.
