Teachers Workshop

Students are not the only ones who benefit from participation in the Primary Proms. Teachers also receive the opportunity for professional development by attending the Primary Proms Teachers Workshop.

In 2008, the Teachers Workshop will be held at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Macquarie Street, Sydney on Thursday 14 February 2007 from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Attendance at this workshop is compulsory for all participating metropolitan teachers (this includes Wollongong, Blue Mountains and Central Coast). Country teachers are urged to attend and financial assistance is available to assist with travel costs. Relief is to be provided by participating schools.

Teachers attending the Teachers Workshop will receive their teaching CD's and detailed Teachers Information Book. This material will be posted to those unable to attend shortly after the Teachers Workshop.
