Accepting Your 2009 Membership Offer

Congratulations on being selected to participate in the 2009 Millennium Marching Band. To accept your offer of a place, please follow the steps outlined below. Acceptances should be lodged at The Arts Unit prior to attendance at your first rehearsal or by Friday 30 January 2009. Places not accepted by this time may be offered elsewhere.

Step 2 - Look At The Schedule

Step 3 - Complete Your Paperwork

To accept your offer of a place in the 2009 Millennium Marching Band, you need to complete the a few pieces of paperwork. Links are provided below to allow you to access each of the forms.

Step 4 - Fee Payment

Participation fees are due upon acceptance of your offer which is not completed until fees are paid. Payment can be made using a cheque or money order made payable to NSW Department of Education and Training. Credit Card payments are also accepted using Visa or Mastercard. Participation fees for 2009 are $275.00.00 per student (incl GST). Please download the Tax Invoice using the link below. Attach your cheque/money order or complete the credit card payment section and forward your payment to The Arts Unit. If paying by cheque or money order, please write the name(s) of the relevant student(s) on the reverse of the cheque in case it becomes separated from the Tax Invoice. Please contact Lindsay Frost at The Arts Unit should you have difficulty in relation to fee payment.

What's Next

Once you have completed all tasks necessary to accept your place in the Millennium Marching Band. If you are attending our January Reeharsals, it's time to get an instrument out and start some practice. If you can't make the January Rehearsalm, a music package will be sent to you soon. You should begin work on memorising your music in preparation for your attendance at the next rehearsal activity.

 

Our next rehearsal/performance activity will be the January Training Camp to be held from Tuesday 20 January - Friday 23 January.  Please use the link below for all the information concerning this rehearsal activity.
