2009 State Music Camps

Applications have closed and selections made for students to attend the 2009 State Music Camps.  Please use the link below to view the list of students selected to attend one of the State Music Camps for 2009.  This list tells students which camp they will be attending and their principal instrument at that camp.  Please note that this may not be the principal instrument listed on the application form.  Students in this situation are encouraged to accept the place they have been offered - they will still have the opportunity to play their principal instrument in other camp activities.

If your name appears on the list above, congratulations - you have been selected to attend a State Music Camp.  Please refer to the following information about how you accept or decline your place at Camp.

 

If your name does NOT appear on the list above, you have been placed on a waiting list and will be notified should a position become available for you in the second round of offers.

 

Acceptance Procedure

To accept your offer of a place in a 2009 State Music Camp, you should download the Acceptance Package for the camp you have been selected to attend.

Please read all the information carefully and make sure you are able to attend every day of the camp.

 

Complete all of the information forms and forward them as a package, along with payment, to the address listed in the package.  Please note - faxed forms will not be accepted.

 

Completed paperwork must be lodged by the closing date - Wednesday 27 May 2009.  If your forms are late, your offer may be withdrawn and made elsewhere.

 

No further correspondence is required after lodging your completed paperwork and payment.  We'll see you at camp!

 

Non Acceptance Procedure

If you are unable to take up your offer of a place, please contact Scott Ryan by email at Scott.Ryan@det.nsw.edu.au immediately.  Your assistance in responding promptly is vital so that another student can be offered a place.
