"When you tour with Sing NSW, you are moved in a proximity with some of the worlds most renowned artists that you could never otherwise achieve at this age. But the most important part of this is not how close they are, but how they see you. I have been spoken to as a peer by such people, ignoring the age difference and skill difference. Paul Jarman once asked me my thoughts on one of the pieces he was working on, and implemented my
advice"
Matthew Ryan - Armidale Choir

Sing NSW has a strong commitment in commissioning Australian music for young people. Repertoire includes specially commissioned works, jazz, music of other cultures, musical theatre, gospel, traditional choral music and rock and pop.
